🎮 Simulation Sequence & Behavior:
  1. Spawns boat 1000 yards upwind and 100 yards West of the target buoy.
  2. Runs downwind, parallel to the wind, offset West by exactly 100 yards (300 ft).
  3. At 50 ft South of the mark, initiates a gradual 150 ft radius left U-turn.
  4. Overshoots South to a max of 200 ft, exiting turn 50 ft South of the mark on the centerline.
  5. Steers a straight 50 ft upwind runway directly to the mark to drop the anchor.
  6. Triggers **IN RANGE** alert upon arrival for crew to drop mark anchor.

⛵ Downwind Approach Active

How U-Turn Downwind Approach works:

  1. Downwind Run: Steer parallel to the wind, offset West of the mark by exactly 100 yards (300 ft).
  2. Initiate Turn: At 50 ft South of the mark, start a gradual left turn of radius 150 ft (50 yards).
  3. U-Turn Arc: Loop South reaching a max overshoot of 200 ft, exiting exactly 50 ft South of the mark on the centerline.
  4. Runway: Drive the final 50 ft straight upwind directly to the mark.

Warning to the driver:
You have reached the turn entry point (50 ft South, 100 yards West of the mark).

Start the gradual left U-turn now using a 150 ft radius to sweep South to 200 ft and exit 50 ft South on the centerline!

[Sim Mode Only]: Dismissing this warning will automatically decrease the simulator boat speed to 8.0 mph for a controlled approach to the mark.
